A Silent Conducted Retreat

A four night retreat related to the leader’s book of this title (Canterbury Press, 2024).
There will be a number of Retreat addresses, as well as free time for contemplation.
Guests are welcome to use the Sitting Rooms on the Retreat Wing and the Art Room (please do bring projects with you should you wish). Guests are also welcome to use St Mary’s Chapel for private prayer.
This Retreat has been organised by the CSMV Associates, but is open to all.

Retreatants are asked to arrive between 2.30-3.30pm on Tuesday 27th October.
The Retreat ends on Saturday morning, departures 10.45am.
£405 per person, including standard room (shared bathroom) and all meals.
£445 per person, including ensuite room and all meals.
£455 per person, including ensuite room and all meals, to include a £10 donation to CSMV.

About Fr John-Francis Friendship
Fr John-Francis TSSF is a priest and, for 25 years, was a First Order (Anglican) Franciscan. After being released from his Vows when he was Rector of an east London parish he taught on the London Course in Spiritual Direction and devised and delivered a six-month course, Exploring Christian Spirituality. He offers Spiritual Director and pastoral Supervision, leads Retreats and is an author: Enfolded in Christ: the Inner Life of a Priest (2018), The Mystery of Faith: Exploring Christian belief (2019), What Do You Seek? Wisdom from the Religious Life (2021), Divine Office and Daily Prayer (2023) and Heart of my own Heart (Autumn 2024).
