Quiet Day in Preparation for Lent

How do you see Lent? Just another event in the church calendar, or a time to pray hard, take stock, or seek a deeper joy and trust in the Lord? Or maybe an opportunity to discover something new to refresh your faith, whether through “traditional” disciplines or allowing yourself different perspectives on prayer and life? It may also be a season to engage with Christ’s struggles in the wilderness.

This Quiet Day offers space to make oneself readier for Lent and more open to the journey of Holy Week and Easter which lie further ahead. There will be some addresses by Sister Stella, along with space to pray and reflect on your own around different themes and Scriptures.

You are welcome to use the Convent Chapels, Art room and garden for your personal prayer.

10am for Eucharist if desired.
